Definitions

  • "Aquarium" or "we" refers to the Monterey Bay Aquarium or any of their officers, agents, servants or employees, or any entity controlled by them.

  • "You" refers to the donor or purchaser or your heirs, executors or administrators, and any accompanying minors.

Your responsibilities
By donating to the Aquarium you:

  • Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Aquarium against claims, suits, damages and liabilities of any nature including all costs, expenses and attorney’s fees which in any manner result from your donation to the Aquarium.

If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, do not donate.

Changes to your order

No refunds/exchanges

  • Because this is a limited thank-you gift tied to a donation, we’re unable to change, cancel, refund, or exchange items once processed.

Donation policy

  • The Monterey Bay Aquarium is a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN 94-2487469). Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law. You'll receive an acknowledgment stating the value of any tangible benefits received.

Goods Not for Resale or Export

  • You acknowledge that the Vintage Sea Otter Shirt is offered as a thank you gift in connection with a qualifying minimum donation and is not being sold as a retail product. You represent and warrant that any gift received is intended solely for your personal or household use and not for resale. 

Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your donation.

Changes to these terms

  • The Aquarium has the right to revise these terms and conditions without advanced notice. We will post any updates here.
